One
of the most direct ways to enter the Otherworld
realm is through fog. The druids often considered
fog as the 'cloak of the gods' and druids were
known to raise fog or mysts by use of a magic wand
or staff. The sudden appearances of heavy fog often
meant an open entrance into the Otherworld
where one could simply walk through.

Story...
Track
One:
Silver Moon Woods LISTEN
The young woman tightens her long cloak as a sudden
winter fog swirls across the woods before her. As
the fog continues to gather rapidly around her in
a thickening sea of myst, she crawls forward into
the woods and stops under an old Silver Birch tree
and lights a candle.
Track
Two:
Merlyn and The Crossing LISTEN
From out of the fog, a kindly old man with a long
white beard suddenly appears before her. He beckons
the young woman to walk with him. She immediately
senses that this is Merlyn and without saying a word,
she feels Merlyn's love and great wisdom communicate
through his gentle eyes directly into hers. Together
they walk deeper into the magical mysts.

Three:Through the Mysts
LISTEN
The thick white mysts close in around them as they
continue to walk further into the woods. She notices
the mysts becoming thinner and receding. The mysts
finally disappear as the young woman finds herself
in bright sunshine on a beautiful warm summer's day!
